“In Celaya, we are working to generate the best living conditions for the families of this municipality, which is why we promote programs such as ‘I Can, Guanajuato Can’,” said Governor Libia Dennise Garcia Munoz Ledo.

Libia Dennise presided over the Graduation Ceremony of the “I Can, Guanajuato Can” Program, which took place at the New Beginning Center of Xochipilli Park to recognize the effort of 180 graduates, as well as the commitment of their families and communities to build better environments for coexistence and development.

This program is promoted through the Secretary of the New Beginning, with the objective of helping people over 15 years old to strengthen skills to improve their living conditions and promote social cohesion.
The program seeks to empower people to become protagonists of their own development and agents of change within their families and communities.

Through human development sessions, the course promotes the strengthening of emotional, physical, and professional areas, as well as decision-making and the construction of life projects.
“Today we are not only presenting an award, we are thanking the graduates who have taken the time to talk about themselves, their life projects, and what they want for the future, because in the end that gives us tools to be stronger,” said the Governor.

“And in this program, we have women and men of different ages, where friendships are also made; here you learn about the stories of ordinary people doing extraordinary things for Guanajuato,” said Libia.
The Governor invited the graduates to continue their education in the various workshops and courses offered at the New Beginning Centers; “in this government we are here for you, you can count on us, you are not alone.”

The event was attended by the Mayor of Celaya, Juan Miguel Ramirez Sanchez; and the Secretary of the New Beginning, Rosario Corona Amador; who also congratulated the graduates, and invited them to continue training for the benefit of their families and communities.
