The program Tu Puedes Guanajuato reaffirms its policy of closeness by bringing support to the popular neighborhoods of the Municipality of Leon

In an operational deployment that prioritizes direct attention and contact with citizens, the People’s Government through the program Tu Puedes Guanajuato led a working tour through the Valle de Senora neighborhood in this municipality.

Ivon Padilla Hernandez, head of the agency, said that the visit responds to the territorial proximity strategy instructed by Governor Libia Dennise Garcia Munoz Ledo and is aimed at maintaining a policy of “less desk and more territory” to listen to and address the needs of local productive sectors.

“Our mission isn’t accomplished from an office; it’s consolidated here, by listening directly to the families of Valle de Senora. We are implementing a highly affordable financial policy to provide local committees with the exact tools they need to strengthen their initiatives,” said Padilla.

“We are not here to provide temporary assistance; we are here to firmly and assertively support the work capacity and talent of the people of Leon, ensuring that every peso invested translates into strong, stable, and autonomous productive projects,” said Ivon.

The talk presented the 9 types of support offered by Financiera de la Gente, aiming to bring the State Government’s programs closer to more people and their families so they can improve their quality of life.

Padilla Hernandez said that this model seeks to overcome traditional assistance schemes, focusing instead on strengthening self-management capacities and developing sustainable projects from within the community.

Juanita Fraustro Lopez, President of the “Corazón de Valle de Señora” Residents Committee in the Municipality of Leon, said that this credit choice that the People’s Government has put in place for the State’s entrepreneurs is an alternative designed to help more businesses, especially small ones, to succeed.

“They’re very good. Also, the interest rates are very good compared to other institutions I’ve borrowed from, so they’re very good, especially since the interest rates are low,” said Frausto.

The People’s Government aligns its public policies with the social strategy, becoming the financial arm that directly links the public budget with the regional economic development of Guanajuato.
