With the participation of 11 companies and the offer of more than 300 work posts, the second Labor Link was held in Romita to bring work opportunities closer.

With the leadership of Governor Libia Dennise Garcia Munoz Ledo, these events, in coordination with the Women’s Secretary within the ‘Aliadas’ program, promote access to employment for women and the general population.

Representing the Secretary of Economy, Claudia Cristina Villasenor Aguilar, the event was led by the Undersecretary of Employment and Labor Training, Luis Andres Alvarez Aranda.
“Today we are brought together by a fundamental value: trust. The trust of people in job search programs, the trust of workers in offering their talent and time, and the trust of companies in Guanajuatense talent,” said Alvarez.

Alvarez Aranda added that ‘Aliadas’ strengthens the female workforce with a gender perspective and its contribution to the State economy, as well as jobs as a means for building peace.
Job fairs are events that allow a direct connection between talent and companies, reduce recruitment times and address the real needs of the labor market.

Among the benefits for companies are the streamlining of selection processes, specialized attention and follow-up that ensures job retention and promotes inclusive spaces.
The Labor Link services contribute to improve the quality of life of job seekers by bringing them closer to work opportunities that positively impact the prosperity of Guanajuato.
