“At 19 years old, Luis Montiel Perez is opening new routes, as the first Purisimense Sports Pilot in international tests, like the Rally of Nations Guanajuato”, recognized Mayor of Purisima del Rincon, Roberto Garcia Urbano, who whished Montiel a great race from February 23rd to the 25th, as they presented his racing car.
The City’s Government accepted to sponsor the car to participate in the race of the Rally with the number 189, and the Mayor, Roberto Garcia Urbano handed the car with the City’s image.
Garcia Urbano recognized the talent of the young pilot, the excitement that Montiel shares with children, teenagers and adults, who were in the event and took photos with the racing pilot.
“For Purisima del Rincon, it is very important to keep bringing children and teenagers closer to practicing sports, the one you like, we support you to follow your dream, the invitation is there so that you come with us and ask for access and support”, said the Mayor.
Luis Montiel will be in the Rally of Nations Guanajuato for 3 days, on a 300 kilometers route, competing with pilots that are coming from 20 countries from America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, and who will take part in a race that will be broadcast on International Sports World Communicators and in Guanajuato on TV4.
Luis, a pilot of Formula VEE, with an experience in driving Rally cars in tests of Tourism and Formula 5 cars, said he is already feeling the excitement and adrenalin, besides being concentrated to compete, having the support of his parents, his friends and the City Authorities.
Jacob Artemio Hernandez Coronado, director of the sports institution COMUDE thanked the Authorities for believing in the image that the pilot is taking on his route and that makes Purisima del Rincon transcend.
