The People’s Governor, Libia Dennise Garcia Munoz Ledo, is bringing more projects to improve mobility, security and living conditions for families in the community of Puerta de la Reserva and the municipal seat of Cueramaro.

Libia Dennise led the start of the paving of Adolfo Lopez Mateos Street in the Puerta de la Reserva community, one of the access roads to the University of Bienestar; and of 17 de Septiembre Street, a central street that had been pending paving for many years.

“Today we are starting these projects that will transform our beloved Cueramaro. We are very happy because we realize that when public resources are used for the benefit of families, our community, our neighborhood, and our municipality change dramatically,” said the State Governor.

Adolfo Lopez Mateos Street also connects with the upper part of the Puerta de la Reserva community, where parents, girls, boys and young people walk daily.

The project represents an investment of 4,147,000 pesos, of which the People’s Government is contributing 4,023,000 pesos and the Municipality 123,000 pesos. This investment will fund the construction of 247 linear meters of hydraulic concrete pavement, as well as sidewalks, curbs and signage.

Then, Governor Libia Dennise led the start of paving work on 17 de Septiembre Street, in the section between Francisco Javier Mina and Salazar, in the municipal seat of Cueramaro.

The project involves an investment of 3 million 666 thousand 179 pesos, provided by the People’s Government through resources from the financing intended for social infrastructure.

The works include 171.56 linear meters of paving with hydraulic concrete, 1,031 m2 of vehicular roadway, sidewalks and curbs.

The People’s Government also supports women through social assistance programs and the agricultural sector is also supported through programs such as Agriculture of the Future, My Productive Family, Rural Roads, Agricultural Technology and Agricultural Insurance.

“There is no better way to repay the trust of our people than by working hard for you, and I want to tell you that Cueramaro has its Governor and we are going to continue working hard,” said Libia Dennise.
