Libia Dennise launches the Asphalt Donation Program; the rural road to the community of La Llave Will be rehabilitated

Cueramaro will have more works and actions, the Government of the People bets a lot on social works, as well as rural roads, paving, drainage, and support for the people of the rural areas.

Governor Libia Dennise Garcia Munoz Ledo, led the start of the rehabilitation of the rural access road to the community of La Llave, and launched the Asphalt Donation Program promoted by the Secretary of Public Works.

“Cueramaro has our support, we will continue working together with the Municipal Government for the benefit of families,” said Libia Dennise after announcing the donation of 40 tons of asphalt to this municipality.
With this material, we will not only resurface and improve the road here in La Llave; we will also work on the road to San Jose de la Esperanza, known to everyone as La Bodega, and rehabilitate the streets Jose Maria Morelos and Galeana in the City, said the Governor.

The Governor noted that today they are also distributing support through the People’s Government Agricultural Insurance Program. The 2025 spring-summer growing season was difficult due to heavy rainfall and 75 producers from Cueramaro are benefiting from an investment of almost 700,000 pesos.
Mayor of Cueramaro, Humberto Hernandez Martinez, who noted the coordinated work with the State Government to carry out the works required in the neighborhoods and communities of this municipality.

Libia Dennise, delivered education infrastructure works that transform schools and provide safer, more dignified and functional spaces for learning.
“In the ‘With My Governor’ caravan, mothers approached us and told us about the need for this school. I’ve always said that it’s in the field where we learn about people’s needs, and today we’re inaugurating a proper school for our children,” said the Governor.

With an investment of 3 million 401 thousand 756 pesos, the Public Works Secretary built a new roof for civic, sports and recreational activities; replaced various sections of the perimeter fence; built a new access to the school; rehabilitated the courtyard; built access ramps; created planters; improved the electrical and hydraulic installations; and carried out actions for the management of rainwater and the improvement of the environment surroundings.
“During the People’s Caravans, our Governor listened closely to the families’ requests and made a commitment to improve this school. Today we are demonstrating that her word is her bond,” said the Secretary of Public Works of Guanajuato, Juan Pablo Perez Beltran.


The Secretary of Education of Guanajuato, Luis Ignacio Sanchez Gomez, recognized the academic performance of the school and noted that 85 percent of the students obtained outstanding results in mathematics in last year’s RIMA evaluation.
The Mayor of Cueramaro, Humberto Hernandez Martinez, thanked the State Government for its support and noted the coordinated work to strengthen the education infrastructure.
