The People’s Government seeks to provide citizens with more solid tools to ensure the success of productive projects in Guanajuato.

Financiera y Apoyos Tu Puedes Guanajuato and the State Training Institute (IECA) formalized an institutional collaboration alliance.

The General Director of Financiera y Apoyos Tu Puedes Guanajuato, Ivon Padilla Hernandez, highlighted that Governor Libia Dennise Garcia Munoz Ledo’s vision is for the entrepreneurial ecosystem to have options for its development.

“We are very pleased that this agreement has been reached, because the first thing we wanted for the financial institution is for people to have tools that help them strengthen their development; not just resources, but also the necessary tools to grow and to be trained,” said Padilla.

“Training is absolutely fundamental and important. We are committed to the development of people, to strengthening their businesses; so much so that the first financing program for those who are going to start businesses, called You Can, which was very successful last year, has now launched a course in 2026 so that people can get an idea of ​​where they want to go,” said Ivon.

The Official said that, with the signing of this agreement, both institutions will coordinate efforts to ensure that beneficiaries of State programs have access to updated and available financial education content.

In this regard, Salomon Ceballos Ochoa, Director General of the State Training Institute, said that this joint work model could be a national model by incorporating training and accessible financing for businesses that complete their training.

“So with you, we can reach more people. Because people were also telling us that sometimes the productive economic project gets stuck, and when we work together, the Financial Institution, productive projects, Marca Guanajuato, COFOCE, and us, I think we can guarantee that the percentage of beneficiaries will be higher,” said Ceballos.

In the end, the heads of both institutions pointed out that this agreement will allow more applicants for financing to access not only capital, but also a specialized academic offer with official recognition.

The State Government reaffirms its commitment to improve the local economy by enhancing talent and providing ongoing training for its workforce and businesses in all sectors.
