Guanajuato continues to open doors to the world. As part of ANPIC, the Coordinator for the Promotion of Foreign Trade (COFOCE) and the Association of Industrial Suppliers of Mexico (APIMEX) joined forces to connect 29 international buyers with the State’s suppliers, fostering new business opportunities and strengthening the presence of Guanajuato companies in global markets.

This collaboration reflects the vision of Governor Libia Dennise Garcia Munoz Ledo, who, through the Guanajuato Suma public policy, promotes joint work by the government and the private sector to boost competitiveness, business growth, and the economic development of Guanajuatense families.

As a result of the collaboration agreement of COFOCE and APIMEX, this edition of ANPIC attracted buyers from Colombia, Guatemala, Costa Rica, El Salvador, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador and the United States , interested in learning about the products, materials and solutions offered by the local industry.
The presence of these international buyers allows Guanajuatense companies to directly showcase their production capabilities, identify new business opportunities, and establish relationships with potential clients from different markets.

For international visitors, networking agendas represent a tool that facilitates the search for suppliers, builds trust, and allows them to find companies that meet the needs and requirements of their respective countries.
“I think this integration is excellent, a private company with institutions and associations; it definitely demonstrates the synergy that should exist and that for us as buyers is a huge plus, and this helps and fosters this bilateral relationship,” dijo Yunnelio del Valle, research manager at Notions, in the Dominican Republic.

During ANPIC, the COFOCE team maintained a presence at the APIMEX stand, where they provided assistance to international buyers and facilitated their connection with Guanajuatense suppliers, identifying commercial opportunities according to the needs of each market.
These actions are part of COFOCE’s commitment to bringing foreign trade closer to more companies in the State, taking advantage of Guanajuato’s strengths as a specialized, competitive supply center with the capacity to serve international markets.

Guanajuato reaffirms its commitment to continue connecting the talent and capabilities of its companies with the world, convinced that exporting changes lives.
