The entrepreneurial ecosystem of Guanajuato is not measured by the size of its premises, but by the magnitude of its aspirations.
In this regard, Ivon Padilla Hernandez, General Director of Financiera y Apoyos Tu Puedes Guanajuato, speaking on World Entrepreneurship Day, said that local talent has gradually found credit support to turn ingenuity into an economic engine that generates stability.

“In this scenario, Tu Puedes Guanajuato has positioned itself not only as an implementing arm for resources, but also as a close and strategic ally that understands the nature of Guanajuato entrepreneurs. In the People’s Government, we seek to be that driving force that eliminates uncertainty, provides certainty, and the necessary security so that innovation does not stop due to a lack of support,” said Padilla.
The detection of a need in the construction sector was the starting point for Diego Armando Corral Cano, who, through his determination, managed to move from observation to the consolidation of a formal company.
He is an architect and until recently worked in the construction industry. One day he identified a technical deficiency in the work he was supervising and solved it by creating his business through market intelligence and a vision for the future.
“I realized that in construction, tire changes on heavy machinery were frequently needed due to the constant use of these vehicles. Later, I investigated where I could order tires to resell, and little by little I learned where I could buy them and who needed that type of merchandise,” said Corral.
“Then I discovered Tu Puedes Guanajuato. I requested information and requirements, and gathered the necessary details to obtain the Tus Ideas Valen loan to get the cash flow my business needed,” said the architect.
The “Tus Ideas Valen” credit, from Financiera y Apoyos Tu Puedes Guanajuato, offers up to 500,000 pesos so that entrepreneurs can acquire merchandise, supplies, raw materials, investment in technological development, software licenses, machinery, furniture, transportation equipment, operating expenses and expansion, improvement or remodeling of the business.
