The Guanajuato Health Secretary now GTO Health System joins the GTO Contigo Si card program.
The affiliation modules are operated by personnel of the State Secretary of Social and Human Development and gradually and itinerantly they will be located in medical units of the 46 municipalities, until covering the affiliation of 3.7 million people without health coverage in the state and who will be accepted to the GTO Health System.
The goals is to simplify care in medical units through the following actions:
- Provide guidance to users of health services so that they can make decisions about the acquisition of the Contigo Si card
Guanajuatenses can get the card at:
- Comprehensive Care Centers for Health Services, CAISES
- Health Centers with Extended Services CESSAS
- Hospitals
The card gets you greater agility and access to services such as hospitalization, transfer, referral, support management when you leave the hospital and you do not have your identity documents (CURP, INE, Proof of Address).
The GTO Contigo Si card provides access to the database where your information is. The GTO Contigo Si Card is valid until 2024 and processing it takes only 10 minutes. This means that users will have savings in transfers when they are treated in health centers outside their locality.
