By strengthening the business ecosystem and promoting creativity, Guanajuato is moving toward a more dynamic and competitive future.
Ivon Padilla Hernandez, General Director of the “Tu Puedes Guanajuato” Finance and Support Fund, met with members of the board of the National Chamber of Commerce (CANACO) in Leon, where she said that, with this support, Guanajuato is positioning itself as a benchmark for growth and development, taking advantage of a crucial opportunity not only to strengthen its economy but also to generate positive changes at the regional level.
“This initiative by Governor Libia Dennise not only benefits young entrepreneurs, but also opens new opportunities for business owners across all sectors, strengthens the business ecosystem, promotes creativity, and contributes to the State’s sustainable growth by creating jobs and diversifying the economy,” said Padilla.
“With a focus on investment and support for new ideas, the government seeks to facilitate access to resources and training for all those who want to transform their projects into successful businesses,” said the Official.
Ivon said that, with this effort, Guanajuato is moving toward a more dynamic and competitive future, focused on creativity and the vision of all sectors that become key drivers for the State’s evolution.
Alejandro Arenas Barroso, President of the National Chamber of Commerce in Leon (CANACO), said that this strategy implemented by the State Government is a real and urgent need for many merchants and business owners.
“I believe that the Government has reacted in a timely manner to a critical situation in the national economy. This is good because it drives innovation and entrepreneurship, not just among young people but among all types of entrepreneurs. With the segmentation they do, I think it’s very well-placed,” said Arenas.
The leader of CANACO added that, under these schemes, anyone can apply and qualify for these nine options, which also offer very affordable and favorable interest rates compared to those offered in the traditional financial market.
Jose Gonzalez Lopez, secretary general of CANACO Leon, said that, from his perspective, it’s a success that the State Government has opened the financial institution to so many people.
“It’s a plus and always a green flag for us as merchants. Telling members to always be on the lookout for the calls they participate in and to encourage them to apply for a loan. Those who go into debt grow, and those who pay grow. So, we must always be at the forefront of business,” said Gonzalez Lopez.
The “Tu Puedes” offices are located in the municipalities of:
- Leon, Celaya, Dolores Hidalgo, Irapuato, Moroleon, San Jose Iturbide, and Silao in the Puerto Interior.
