To help more entrepreneurs learn to plan, manage, and develop their business projects, no matter how small, Financiera y Apoyos Tu Puedes Guanajuato held the Initial Entrepreneur Workshop in Santa Cruz de Juventino Rosas, part of the “Creemos en Ti” program.
Ivon Padilla Hernandez, General Director of the Financial Institution, highlighted that this training responds to Governor Libia Dennise Garcia Munoz Ledo’s vision of maintaining a People’s Government that is close to the people, where results do arrive.
“In this administration, we haven’t forgotten who we’re here for: you and your families. For us, this means working to find the answers that the people of Guanajuato need. That’s what our Governor has asked of us: to be on the ground, to get to know the people, and to truly support them, and here are the results,” said Padilla.
The Director General explained that the Initial Entrepreneur Workshop is part of the “We Believe in You” program, aimed primarily at women aged 18 to 59 and men aged 18 to 30 who wish to start a productive activity or strengthen a microbusiness.
This training provides them with useful tools to better organize their businesses, understand the cost of materials, and calculate the retail price, obtaining a fair profit.
Padilla Hernandez reminded citizens that participating in this workshop is one of the requirements to have the possibility of accessing the one-time, non-refundable financial support of 7,000 pesos.
“We know that starting or running a business isn’t easy. This is an investment in your talent and what you know how to do, hence the name of the program, We Believe in You. That’s why we’re bringing this workshop to you. We want opportunities to reach the people,” said Ivon.
“When the government listens, the people participate, and if we work as a team, we will be unstoppable,” said the Official.
The Initial Entrepreneur Workshop was attended by 100 people, all of them new entrepreneurs who decided to take a break from their daily lives to dedicate a moment to themselves, to their personal growth and that of their business.
