Talent is promoted with ‘Training Abroad’

The program has benefited more than 60 people during the Government of the People, boosting economic and social development in Guanajuato

Since 2024, the program has included Guanajuato MSMEs to train local entrepreneurs

Guanajuato promotes local talent with the “Training Abroad” program, which provides specialized training to young people outside of Mexico and has benefited 63 people in this administration, boosting the prosperity and economic development of the State.

Since 2024, the program has included Guanajuatense Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), strengthening the training of local entrepreneurs and expanding their visibility.

Driven by the People’s Government, of Governor Libia Denisse Garcia Munoz Ledo, the program seeks to strengthen human capital to improve employability with tools that make Guanajuato residents better qualified.

Claudia Cristina Villasenor Aguilar, Secretary of Economy, noted that this training contributes to create an ecosystem of prosperity and facilitates the professionalization of human talent, enabling them to have skills that make them more competitive.

Villasenor added that the goal is to achieve specialization for young people and interested individuals, generating technical skills and soft skills for better integration and/or permanence in the labor market.

In 2025, 23 participants were trained in countries like:

• Japan, Spain, United States, Italy, Canada, Chile, Sweden and the Netherlands

With staff from companies like:

• Relats, Optimen, Espazio, Boltronic, NTT Data, Ingedetec, La Conxheria, Aspina and Encounter

In the progress of the current State Administration, this strategy has transformed the lives of 63 participants, giving them advanced technical knowledge that improves business processes and generates employment.

The People’s Government and the Secretary of Economy are promoting the professionalization and employability of Guanajuato’s talent, strengthening the competitiveness of companies and fostering the development of new generations to consolidate comprehensive economic and social progress in the State.
