SSPEG participates in presentation of Special Tactical Group

In Leon the Secretary of State Security, Alvar Cabeza de Vaca Appendini participates in the ceremony for the presentation of the Special Police Group

With the representation of Governor Diego Sinhue Rodriguez Vallejo , the Secretary of Public Security of the State of Guanajuato, Alvar Cabeza de Vaca Appendini, participated in the presentation of the “Special Tactical Group” of the Secretary of Security, Prevention and Citizen Protection of Leon.

The Secretary recognized the work that the City Council of Leon, led by Mayor Ale Gutierrez Campos, has done and that determinedly assumed responsibility for public safety in this city, through training and the use of technologies, placing itself in the first places in meeting its goals within the 45 Safety Commitments.

Appendini pointed out that the results have been visible and abide to the vision and the support of the members of the City Council and the Secretary of Citizen Security. Appendini stressed that with the training of the renewed Special Tactical Group -GET-, the selection of the best elements, the accreditation and the results of the same, add to the strategy of the Secretary of Security, Prevention and Citizen Protection, to reinforce the police, in all its areas, and provide continuity to prevention and surveillance in this city.

Secretary Alvar Cabeza de Vaca Appeindini said that in the Security Table where State and Federal Authorities participate, continuity and attention is given weekly to security actions, with information and intelligence for decision making that involves the participation of the orders of government.

Before ending his message, the Secretary of Public Security of the State endorsed the commitment of Governor Diego Sinhue Rodriguez Vallejo to continue strengthening operational coordination with Leon and the other municipalities, for the construction of security.

Mayor of Leon, Ale Gutierrez Campos thanked Governor Diego Sinhue, as well as Secretary Alvar Cabeza de Vaca, for the support and collaboration they have shown at all times towards the Leonese government and in favor of the safety of the population.
