In order to contribute and share practices between Local Administrations, Mayor of San Pedro Garza Garcia, Nuevo Leon and Leon, Guanajuato signed the Intention Manifest.
Better services
Mayor of Leon, Ale Guterrez said that the goal is to provide better services for the citizens in Leon through the adoption of the model Participative Budget and the citizens attention 24/7 through WhatsApp.
For this year there is a plan so that via WhatsApp Leoneses can communicate with Local Autorities, to deliver reports in a more accurate and immediate way.
A complete connection
Also, the Local Administration will share a list of procedures that can be serviced this way, and it will also be linked to the 911 for emergency reports.
“We are changing the way we govern, because the good governments must share their good practices, because we all have practices that have worked well. That is what it is all about, Municipalities must support each other”, said Gutierrez.
The spirit of Leon
Miguel Bernardo Treviño, the Mayor of San Pedro Garza Garcia, recognized the good work Leon has been doing in mobility, public areas, and education through museums, for example.
