In his 6^th Report of the State Governor Diego Sinhue Rodriguez Vallejo noted that during his administration more than 5.5 billion pesos have been invested to have better schools because the best inheritance that can leave to our children is education.

We are building the best education system in Mexico. We advanced 7 positions in the national level in higher education coverage, we fulfilled the commitment to build 6 militarized high schools, said the Governor.

He said that in Guanajuato we have the best scholarships in Mexico. More than one million 400 thousand students have been benefited. We support students with disabilities; the children of parents who died from Covid and the children of police officers who died in service, he said.

International scholarships were offered for our students to go to the best universities in the world, said Rodriguez Vallejo.

The Governor pointed out that poverty has been reduced and more than 575 thousand Guanajuato residents are no longer poor.

“Investing in infrastructure is betting on the present and future of Guanajuato. Roads and streets are links that unite us,” said the Governor.

Rodriguez Vallejo said that in Security, we have the best paid State Police in Mexico; the rates of burglary of homes, businesses, livestock, and vehicle theft decreased; and intentional homicides were also reduced by 30 percent.

In this government, the peace and tranquility of Guanajuato families will always be a priority, said the Governor.

“Our legacy also includes Sound, Solid and Transparent Finances. Along this path, we face challenges, but thanks to careful planning, today we have a budget model, which guarantees its efficient and strategic use”, said Rodriguez Vallejo.

“For this reason, the three main international rating agencies improved our credit rating. They gave us the highest qualifications that a federal Mexican State can access,” said the Governor.

Another great achievement of this administration was the creation of the “Contigo, Siempre Mujer” program, which provides direct support to Guanajuato women over 18 years of age. That fills us with pride, said Rodriguez Vallejo.

The Governor indicated that the State Development Plan for 2050 will be ready, which marks Guanajuato’s route to the future.

“In these remaining months we are going to redouble our efforts. And now I will focus my efforts on laying the foundations for a sustainable water project for Guanajuato. We will work as hard as possible until the last day and until the last minute”, he said.

“There is no doubt that the best way to demonstrate my love for Guanajuato has been to give my time, my dedication and do everything in my power, so that we can build the Greatness of Guanajuato”, said the Governor.

“We will continue working with the same energy, with the same enthusiasm and with the same determination with which we have worked since day one,” he said.

“In the Government of Guanajuato, we are going to close with a bang! We will close by supporting, promoting and caring for people! There will be a whole lot of Governor, of cabinet and of government that will continue to support families in these months in terms of health, education and social development. We will continue to promote economic development and work for security”, said the Governor.

“Long live the people of Guanajuato! Long live the Greatness of Guanajuato! Thank you very much,” said the Governor. In the ceremony for the 6^th Report of the State of Diego Sinhue Rodriguez Vallejo representatives of the Legislative and Judicial Branch were present, as well as authorities from the three levels of Government, academics, businessmen and citizens in general.
