The certification also recognizes and certifies Cuquita and Dona Trini as traditional cooks, highlighting their talent, knowledge, and commitment to keeping the culinary roots of this municipality alive.
Cuquita represents the Magic Town (Pueblo Magico) of Jalpa de Canovas, while Dona Trini is a proud representative of the municipal seat.
