In order to provide legal certainty to the assets of the families of Purisima del Rincon, the Secretary of Government, Jesus Oviedo Herrera and municipal authorities, delivered 95 public property deeds to beneficiaries of Regularized Human Settlements with the State Regularization Program on Land Possesion “Papelito Habla”.
The benefited neighborhoods were:
- Alamos del Vergel, Bello Horizonte, Juan Pablo Segundo from Colonia Guanajuatito, La Brisa, Los Mirasoles, San Jeronimo Parks, Pradera Canada de Sotos, Valle de Aguilas, Santa Cecilia, Vergel de la Pradera, Private Palomas , Tepeyac de las Covachas, Emiliano Zapata, Amanecer, Amanecer II Etapa and Amanecer III Etapa
“The State Government from the year 2000 to date, in Purisima del Rincon, has regularized 28 Human Settlements, with a total of 4,267 lots for housing, this represents an area of 1,186,435.54 square meters”, said Oviedo Herrera.
“But beyond saying numbers or amounts, the truth is the satisfaction, it is to continue working for the people and with the people”, said Oviedo.
Thanks to a collaboration agreement with the State College of Notaries, the State Government is advancing in the delivery of deeds so that more neighborhoods and communities have access to other alternatives to continue improving their quality of life.
The actions of the “Papelito Habla” Program in terms of regularization of human settlements, demonstrate that the public policies of the State Administration have the person as their main axis in their public policies.
The event was attended by Mayor of Purisima del Rincon, Roberto Garcia Urbano and the Undersecretary of Community Services, Jose Luis Manrique.
