New employees at Pirelli receive certificates of training

As a way to promote the economic reactivation in Guanajuato, Governor Diego Sinhue Rodriguez Vallejo, gave certificates of training to new employees at Pirelli who were part of the program Training for Labor Employability and Profesionalism.
Job opportunities
Continuity of social programs, said the Governor, goes beyond social success, and government terms, to have job opportunities.
Trust and certainty
“This continutity has made it posible that a company like Pirelli trusts in us, because it is certain for the Company to work with a State that provides political, social, labor and economic stability, that is good for investors and it is a good reference about the State”, said the Governor.
Continuous preparation
Guanajuato, said Rodriguez Vallejo, is a land of opportunities where perseverance is focused on continuous preparation in labor career of workers, which helps them be successful.
The Governor called beneficiaries to care for their jobs, because having a job is the best strategy to succeed.
Qualified personnel
The Government of Guanajuato, through the Secretary of Economic Sustainable Development –SDES- and the Vice Secretary of Employment and Labor Training, provide services of Training for Employment with an economic support and training to strengthen their competencies and job abilities so that companies hire qualified personnel to Pirelli, a company that manufactures tires.
At the Silao Pirelli plant, 30 courses have been given, mainly in manufacture areas, specifically as “Specialized Operator” for new employees; this will allow to do an evaluation of processes, as well as how timely training programs are.
The entrepreneurial Community
The beneficiaries can work in this or in another company and generate direct benefits to the entrepreneurial community in Guanajuato.
With the 30 courses given this year 580 employees have been benefited, with an investment above 2.2 million pesos in scholarships.

Workforce and economy
The Director General of Pirelli Neumaticos de Mexico, Paolo Benea, thanked the Governor for promoting the development programs of companies in Guanajuato, which in turn, contribute to the development of the workforce and the economy of the State.
