The French pilot stands as the greatest winner in History of Rally Mexico as he won for the seventh time this Sunday in Guanajuato

The French pilot Sebastien Ogier of Toyota, became the greatest winner in the history of Rally Mexico as he won the seventh title in the end of the World Rally Championship 2023 in the third date of the world competition.
The four last Specials were held on Sunday in the dirt roads of Guanajuato and Ogier kept the lead that he grabbed on Saturday.
At 39, the French pilot was able to win his seventh crow in the Rally Mexico -2013, 2014, 2015, 2018, 2019, 2020 y 2023- and left behind with 6 titles in the Rally Mexico the French pilot Sebastien Loeb.
The first 3 specials of Sunday were dominated by the Belgian Thierry Neuville of Hyundai and the British Elfyn Evans of Toyota.
- – Neuville won the Las Dunas SuperSpecial 4
- (3.7 kilometers in 3:10:9)
- and San Diego
- (12.61 kilometers in 7:11:89)
- – Evans was the fastest in Otates
- (35.63 kilometers in 24:37:7)
- – Ogier kept his experience to win the last course, the ”Power Stage”
- (9.59 kilometers in 5:14:8)
The French won the 5 additional points that put him as the world leader with 56 points.
“I like this stage so much, I knew I could win here, I went for it all, it has been a wonderful weekend for me and for my team”, said Ogier as the rally Mexico came to its end.
“I am proud of breaking the record (of more titles in the Rally Mexico)”, said Ogier when he finished his competition.
