More than 157 thousand citizens benefit through the actions carried out by the Municipal Body to Prevent, Address and Eradicate violence in the School Environment in the August-October period of this school year.

This is the result presented at the Fourth Ordinary Session, through the reports that the various institutions that make up the Municipal Body to prevent, address and eradicate violence in the School Environment.

During the reported period (August-October 2023), a total of 4,939 actions have been taken that have served 157,436 beneficiaries with various activities such as workshops, talks, courses and sessions on health topics, addiction prevention, suicide, coexistence, among many other activities and topics.

During the fourth ordinary session, the catalog of programs and services of the institution was presented, where, in addition, they will carry out a diagnose survey so that, based on the results, which will be delivered in the First session of 2024, they will begin to project the Work Plan for the next year.

This municipal body seeks to guarantee a safe and respectful environment for the educational community and its purpose is to guarantee a safe environment for students and staff of education institutions. Through the 4 sessions that take place during the year, the aim is to identify and analyze cases of violence in schools, take measures to prevent their occurrence and effectively address any incident that occurs.
