The Communiti entrepreneurship community held the session: Innovation 4.0: Working Backwards.
IDEA GTO and Canacintra Leon, made this event possible, and it was attended by entrepreneurs and businessmen who were willing to obtain high-level knowledge.
Working Backwards is an iterative product development process created by Amazon and it has spread throughout the world. Currently this process is used by the most innovative companies on the planet, so for Communiti Leon it is essential to provide the knowledge of this technique and to be able to apply it with the actors of the Valley of Mindfacture.
Oscar Lopez, who is Innovation Consultant at CONTPAQ, Creative Digital, Multimedia Developer and Expert in Creative Environments, explained attendees the relevance of Innovation 4.0, as well as the importance of knowing tools that will help the entrepreneur and businessmen to create innovation within the organization, especially with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
“The key is to listen to our client, to know what they need and to cover that need with technologies and innovation to achieve a greater impact,” explained Oscar Lopez.
Communiti is a space that promotes Mindfacture through open innovation processes, where companies, students and leaders of the innovation and entrepreneurship community participate, allowing current business models to evolve and identify new opportunities in the market.
The Valley of Mindfacture is strengthened day by day through the entrepreneurial communities and the actions they continuously hold.
