The Leon 2026 Job Connection for Inclusion brought formal employment opportunities closer and recognized the talent of all people
The strategy aligns with Guanajuato SUMA, which promotes talent, employability and inclusion to strengthen the state economy.

More than 400 job openings and the participation of more than 30 companies were part of the Labor Connection for Inclusion 2026, a day that brought formal employment opportunities to people with different profiles, levels of preparation and experience, with the purpose of facilitating their incorporation into the labor market.
Representing Secretary of Economy, Claudia Cristina Villasenor Aguilar, the Undersecretary of Employment and Labor Training, Luis Andres Alvarez Aranda, stressed that inclusion must translate into real opportunities, accessible hiring processes, and workplaces that recognize the abilities of each person.
Participating companies included GNP, General Motors (GM), Bio Pappel, Corporativo Transporta, HDI, Nestle Purina, Tracusa, Amazon, OXXO, and San Marcos, which offered job opportunities for various profiles, from operational and technical positions to specialized and professional roles, according to the requirements of each organization.
This initiative responds to the vision of the People’s Governor, Libia Dennise Garcia Munoz Ledo, to promote an economy that puts people at the center and generates conditions for more Guanajuatense residents to access decent employment, develop their skills and improve their growth prospects.
The event, held in coordination with the DIF System and the business sector, strengthens the link between job seekers and companies, by facilitating direct contact with employers and expanding the possibilities to find an opportunity that matches their knowledge, skills and experience.
These actions are aligned with Guanajuato SUMA, a State strategy that integrates talent, employability, and inclusion among its development pillars, to strengthen people’s capabilities and contribute to a more competitive and inclusive economy.
With these actions, the People’s Government strengthens the connection between talent and the needs of the productive sector, promoting work environments where more people can develop their potential and build new opportunities for themselves and their families.
