The alliance with the industrialists is essential for the development of Guanajuato and Mexico, said the Governor of Guanajuato, Diego Sinhue Rodrguez Vallejo, as he inaugurated the Annual Meeting of Industrialists (RAI) 2022.
The Governor welcomed the great business leaders of the country, and the international experts who participate in the Annual Meeting of Industrialists.
“Guanajuato is the most pro-business and pro-businessmen State in Mexico, we are a State that understands the value of the business sector, and we are working to attract more investment from European and Asian countries,” said the Governor.
Rodriguez Vallejo thanked CONCAMIN board of directors, led by Jose Antonio Abugaber, for the decision to bring this event, the most important of its kind in the country, back to the city of Leon.
The Governor noted that in the face of the challenges of the present and the future, the State Government works hand in hand with the business sector.
“Guanajuato is the engine of this country, and we are already planning the future through innovation and Mindfacture,” said the Governor.
“Here we bet on the Valley of Mindfacture, a regional synergy is being generated, where more States will be added, for the benefit of the development of the Mexican industry”, said the Governor.
In this strategy, it is important that the education sector is also integrated, to raise the academic level of children and youth in the region, added Rodriguez Vallejo.
The axis that guides the activities of RAI is:
- “A future with sustainability and inclusion: Innovation in the Mexican industry.”
The Annual Meeting of Industrialists –RAI- 2022, from October 5 to 6 in Leon, is the most important annual event in the Mexican industrial sector, led by CONCAMIN, which represents 119 industrial chambers and industrial associations, and some 1 million companies.

- More than 30 thousand visitors
- 3 days of the most important business event in Mexico
- More than 800 leaders and entrepreneurs of the industrial sector
