Exports always begin with a connection; therefore, in order to strengthen the digital capabilities of Guanajuatense companies and open new business opportunities, the Coordinator for the Promotion of Foreign Trade (COFOCE) brought together business owners, entrepreneurs, and specialists in a day of conferences focused on digital marketing, artificial intelligence, commercial prospecting, and market development.

This initiative aligns with Governor Libia Dennise Garcia Munoz Ledo’s vision to boost Guanajuato’s economic development, strengthen businesses, and generate more growth opportunities, under the Guanajuato Suma public policy.

In the meeting, attendees learned about practical tools and experiences from specialists to transform digital strategies into business results, improve the identification of potential customers, and take advantage of new technologies in an increasingly competitive business environment.

Among the topics covered, one of the preferred was the conference “From Algorithm to Actual Sale”, where perspectives were shared on converting digital strategies into concrete sales opportunities. Additionally, Karen Solano, Sales Development Leader at LinkedIn LATAM, presented trends related to the future of work and LinkedIn Talent Solutions.

The agenda also included a presentation by Evelyn Zuluaga Quiceno of ITC SheTrades, as well as a talk on digitalization programs for businesses.

Attendees also learned about the implementation of bots and artificial intelligence agents by Oscar Raul Ortega Pacheco, CEO of Core Group Solutions and a Microsoft partner.

In the areas of technology and business expansion, topics such as artificial intelligence applied to exports and cybersecurity were addressed.

To close the conferences, Landare Pimentel, CEO of Brainstorm, presented B2B marketing strategies aimed at industrial suppliers.

The event provided a strategic networking opportunity to connect participants from different sectors, exchange experiences, and identify potential business partnerships.

“Knowing the tools that are currently available in the market to prospect for new clients and reach other markets, and we at COFOCE have witnessed this firsthand, particularly a few years ago I was involved in bringing buyers to the automotive supply forum, and some of the ways we located them was through LinkedIn, so today we are going to have several talks; I want to ask you to connect, because networking starts from here, surely there will be business opportunities here,” said Luis Vargas, general director of COFOCE.
