In the second semester of 2022 the Metropolitan Academy of Public Security of Leon will have the major in Law focused towards security, aiming to have the best prepared elements.
At the headquarters
Mayor Alejandra Gutierrez, visited the premises of the Metropolitan Academy and witnessed the second and last session of the Auditory of the Commission of Certification of Agencies of Law Enforcement –CALEA-, a necessary process to be re-certified.
The commitment
As part of the commitment when this administration started, Mayor Alejandra Gutierrez supervised the progress in the formation of public security corps.
Ale insisted that her goal is that Leon has the best security corps in Mexico.
The efforts
“We have gone a long way in our effort to improve the Academy, one of those efforts is that soon we will have the first major in Law focused in security; we are improving, we want the best corps and it all starts here”, said Gutierrez.
A valid program
The program of the Academy is revised so that it is valid by the Secretary of Education of Guanajuato –SEG-.
Already in the Academy
“I wish to tell you aloud that here we have one of the new generations that will graduate in February with the new methodology”, said Ale Gutierrez.
Improved benefits
Alejandra Gutierrez talked to the cadets about the changes in the City Rulings, which now allow them to have access to social programs, and she also invited them to share with her the areas of opportunity in the Academy so that it is constantly improved.
