Population bonus and retention of talent are competitive advantages that make the State more attractive in difficult times in Mexico
As executives of finances of Guanajuato changed its board of directors they detailed the vision of the State Government in the national and international scenario

The trust of investors is maintained in Guanajuato with a promisory future, based in the attractive advantage that we offer in our State, the good use of the public resources, the vision and certainty in the taking of decisions, the retention of our local talent, its location in relation to the international markets, as well as the union between society and government.
Mauricio Usabiaga Diaz Barriga, Secretary of Economic Sustainable Development, in representation of the Governor Diego Sinhue Rodriguez Vallejo said in the event of the swearing in of the new board of directors of the Mexican Institute of Executives of Finances, IMEF, that “we can’t come up with sudden ideas”.
He said that upon the difficult times that our country goes through, from Guanajuato we mark the direction and we work with anticipation to the events and with knowledge of causes.
Ready for change
“There is a fast change to which Guanajuato pays attention and for which the State will be prepared”, said the Secretary and he added that the State has many advantages with the youth and strength of its population, its geographical location, its certainty and stability.
To maintain a strategic vision towards the future, the factors that are being considered for an immediate future and for the mid-term are the gradual closing of the economy of the United States based in self-sufficiency, a tendency icaused by the fall of the international oil prices, and the increase in the cost of money or interest rates.
Usabiaga congratulated the past members of the board of directors of the IMEF for the time and work they shared in the development of Guanajuato and insisted in his commitment to go on working with the new Board 2020 headed by Franco Padilla Fuerte.
