Governor Libia Dennise led the ceremony of the delivery of school supply packages and backpacks; more than 138,000 kits will be delivered throughout the municipality of Leon

The Governor of the People, Libia Dennise Garcia Munoz Ledo, led the ceremony of delivery of 709 packages of school supplies and backpacks at the Petra Rios Longoria Elementary School in Leon.
Libia Dennise, after expressing her joy at being with the students of the Petra Rios Longoria School in the morning shift, and Maria Fuentes Sandoval in the afternoon shift, said that more than 138,000 kits will be delivered throughout the municipality of Leon.
“And in all the State, we will be reaching a total of more than 581,000 packages for public elementary school students, with an investment of 322 million pesos,” the Governor highlighted.
“This is with the purpose of helping the economy of mothers and fathers in this return to school, but it is also to tell the girls and boys that we love them very much because they are the most beautiful thing that Guanajuato has,” said Libia Dennise.
For the People’s Government, education is a priority, which is why we are working to improve education infrastructure. That is why at this Petra Rios Longoria Elementary School, a court with a roof will be built so that students can do different sports activities.
