Through Labor Connection, 50 companies from sectors like automotive, services and manufacturing, and agro-food, participated in this job placement event

More than 770 job opportunities were brought to the Young workers of Celaya and the region during the Juventudes Labor Connection, an event that brought together 50 companies from sectors such as automotive, services, manufacturing, agro-food, among other, to directly link young talent with the productive sector.
In the commemoration of International Youth Day, which every year invites to recognize the strategic role of young people in social, economic and productive development, the People’s Government, through the Secretary of Economy and in collaboration with the municipality of Celaya, created this space to bring job opportunities closer, strengthen employability and open new doors for the professional development of young people.
With the leadership of the People’s Governor, Libia Dennise Garcia Munoz Ledo, the State Government reaffirms its commitment to create conditions so that young people can join the labor market, develop their talent and build a life project with greater opportunities.
The Undersecretary of Employment and Labor Training of the Secretary of Economy, Luis Andres Alvarez Aranda, highlighted that these meetings represent a direct bridge between those seeking a job opportunity and the companies that require talent to continue growing.
“Today, more than looking for a job, they are charting their path for the future. These Job Connections are a bridge that connects young talent with opportunities in the productive sector, so that every step they take brings them closer to the job they deserve,” said Alvarez Aranda.
The event allowed participants to learn about different employment options and establish direct contact with companies, facilitating a closer relationship between their profiles, skills and professional interests and the current needs of the labor market.
The Undersecretary highlighted that job seekers also have Coneecta, a digital platform that brings together more than 2,370 registered companies and more than 31,300 job opportunities, available at all times.
Through coneecta.guanajuato.gob.mx, Guanajuatenses can consult job vacancies and find employment opportunities regardless of the time or place they are in.
The People’s Government works to strengthen the link between talent and companies and creates conditions for the private sector to create and maintain formal jobs that contribute to improve the quality of life of Guanajuatense families.
