Tu Puedes Guanajuato opens the seventh call for the presentations of applications for the “Creemos En Ti” support program

In order to support local talent and consolidate productive projects in the southwest region of the State, Financiera y Apoyos Tu Puedes Guanajuato announced the opening of the seventh call for applications for the “Creemos en Ti” program.

Ivon Padilla Hernandez, head of the agency, said that Governor Libia Dennise Garcia Munoz Ledo’s instruction is to bring the necessary tools closer to entrepreneurs, allowing people who are just starting their business to access non-refundable seed capital of 7,000 pesos.

“With this opportunity, we reaffirm our commitment to being present in the region, where business ideas need solid support to take root. Reaching Abasolo, Huanimaro, Penjamo, and Cueramaro means giving local producers and merchants the assurance that they have a strategic partner to grow their projects and strengthen the economic dynamism of their communities,” said Ivon.

Padilla Hernandez said that registration for the Initial Entrepreneur Workshop will be open from July 6th to 10th. The program is primarily aimed at supporting women aged 18 to 59 and young people aged 18 to 30 from rural and indigenous communities, priority urban areas, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.

Ivon said that this is the first step. Once this resource gives small businesses the boost they need to improve sales and increase revenue, the second step in this growth is to seek financing that will help them position themselves within their sector.

“In this People’s Government, we designed an agile and transparent process so that you can complete your registration without complications. We want the resources to reach where they are needed quickly, ensuring that the operating rules translate into a real and immediate benefit for those who make a living selling from their home, garage, or door to door.”
