Purisima del Rincon is driving local talent through the “Hecho con Talento IECA 2026” (Made with IECA Talent) Entrepreneurship Fair, featuring high-level conferences and key business coaching.

In order to strengthen the entrepreneurial culture, promote local consumption, and generate economic development opportunities for the region, Purisima del Rincon participated in the first edition of the “Hecho con Talento IECA 2026” Fair. The event was held at the State Institute of Training (IECA) facilities in the Purisima del Rincon campus.

The event gathered entrepreneurs, State and Municipal Authorities, business organizations, education institutions, and the general public. It established itself as a strategic networking space to boost productive projects born from technical training and self-employment.
Roberto Garcia Urbano, Mayor of Purisima del Rincon, acting as the host municipality, expressed his gratitude for the State Government’s initiative through IECA. He also welcomed his counterpart, Alejandro Antonio Marun Gonzalez, from San Francisco del Rincon.

“Today, an Entrepreneurship Fair is born to give visibility to every talent. We want everyone to have projection spaces to continue growing,” said the Mayor, recognizing the effort of those who have used IECA courses to develop skills and launch new businesses.
“Entrepreneurship begins with an idea and the decision to believe in it. Today we see projects here that can become consolidated companies and job generators,” said Salomon Ceballos Ochoa, director general of IECA, as he emphasized that modern training goes beyond learning a trade by integrating entrepreneurship and business development tools.
Representing the State Secretary of Economy, Luis Andres Alvarez Aranda officially inaugurated the fair, recognizing the entrepreneurs who everyday transform ideas into opportunities.

“Guanajuatense talent is an engine for development, and every product made in our State represents the quality and creativity of our people,” said Alvarez.
