The Gastrolab Awards recognize diverse categories that reflect the scope of the sector:
- From established chefs and new promises, to gastronomic projects with social impact, traditional cuisines, sustainable proposals, emblematic restaurants, gastronomic dissemination and contributions to culinary culture
