Tu Puedes takes training to all Municipalities

Tu Puedes Guanajuato trains representatives of direct care modules in financing in the 46 municipalities, adjustments in the programs are presented

As part of the State’s financial inclusion strategy, staff from Tu Puedes Guanajuato met virtually with the heads of the 7 regional branches and representatives of the direct service modules in the 46 municipalities of Guanajuato, to update the staff on the new benefits offered by the program to solicitors.

Ivon Padilla Hernandez, head of the agency, said that the goal is to promote productive projects and improve the local economy, as requested by Governor Libia Dennise Garcia Munoz Ledo. These adjustments respond to the need to expand coverage and simplify procedures so that more people can take advantage of the opportunities offered by the program.

“The meeting with municipal representatives is key because they are the first point of contact with the people in each community. We want them to know in detail the new advantages we have designed to facilitate access to financing,” said Padilla.

The head of Tu Puedes Guanajuato pointed out that, being a Government that listens and is close to the citizens.

The following adjustments were made to the operating rules for 2026:

• In the “Reach Your Dream” program, the interest rate went down from 14% to 13%
• For taxi drivers, the “Renew Your Taxi” program provides requirements for them to get a new car, whether gasoline, electric, or hybrid
• In the “Progresa” credit program, the repayment period was extended to one year and the amount was increased to one and a half million pesos, to strengthen agricultural producers
• In the “You Can” Financing program, there are new tools like the “Start Your Business” course for those who decide to take the first step and turn that idea into a source of income

“Our commitment is that every woman, every young person, and every entrepreneur has a real opportunity to turn their idea into a productive project. In the People’s Government, we are convinced that transparency and accessibility are fundamental issues, because in this way we do not forget those for whom we are here,” said Ivon.

Padilla Hernandez said that the virtual conference will allow for the unification of criteria and ensure that information reaches the population clearly and promptly.

The Official told those connected that it is important for people to know that they are not alone, that the Government is supporting them in their efforts to get ahead, and that Tu Puedes Guanajuato is more than a program: it is an open door to new opportunities.
