The GTO Basic Services Program provides access to basic infrastructure to neighborhoods and communities lacking essential services such as street lighting, drainage, drinking water, sidewalks, curbs, and paving.

And the Beautifying My Neighborhood Program improves the urban environment through cleanup actions, rehabilitation of public spaces, painting facades, reclaiming green areas, and the restoration of plazas and parks, as well as urban furniture.
The programs are an example of how public policies can transform environments and lives; they are also aligned with the Secretary of the New Beginning building a more equitable, orderly, and human Guanajuato. This working tour included the participation of the Secretary of Farming, Marisol Suarez Correa, and the Secretary of the New Beginning, Maria del Rosario Corona Amador.

The New Beginning Centers in Guanajuato are community spaces designed to promote the comprehensive development of individuals and strengthen the social fabric of the state’s communities.
