The Institute of Public Health of the State of Guanajuato -ISAPEG- granted 3,600 job bases, 800 more spaces than previously announced, reported the Secretary of Health, Daniel Alberto Diaz Martinez.
Health personnel through the Human Resources areas are gradually signing their regularization.
The Secretary reported that considering the 1,938 thousand bases that the governor, Diego Sinhue Rodriguez Vallejo had already delivered, in total in Guanajuato there are 5,538 regularizations with 100% State recourse.
Dr. Daniel Diaz Martinez explained that there is no other state in Mexico that grants full labor rights to personnel.
Among the profiles that were formalized are:
- 600 bases for general practitioners
- 80 for dentists
- 60 chemists
- 160 psychologists
- 1,200 licensed general nurses
- 450 nursing assistants
- 100 for nutritionists
- 30 radiology technicians
- 25 statisticians and clinic archive assistants
- 120 health promoters
- 50 orderlies
The head of the state health institution congratulated the staff because this is a right for all health servers and those who still need to regularize the next stage is coming.
Diaz Martinez said that there were even administrative personnel who had waited for a formal position for years and now they already enjoy it.
He anticipated that by February 2024, 3,500 more bases would be delivered, to reach more than 8,000 bases granted to staff of the Health system in this six-year term.
“There is labor peace, since even with the granting of employment contracts, benefits to employment contracts have been increasing”, said the Secretary.
The range of seniority to be considered was between 12 and 10 years of work, although most of the personnel to be basified had 8 years of seniority.
