More than 750 companies from the 46 municipalities of Guanajuato will participate with more than 6,500 products
From January 12 to February 6 the best of Guanajuato is coming to the GTO Pavilion at the Leon Fair

With the participation of more than 750 Marca GTO companies from the 46 municipalities of Guanajuato and the offer of 6,500 products, the Guanajuato Pavilion will be offered in the Leon State Fair from January 12 to February 6.
This strategy of the Government of Guanajuato headed by Diego Sinhue Rodriguez Vallejo is an example of the commitment and support to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises -MSMEs- in one of the spaces with the greatest projection for marketing products.
Ramon Alfaro Gomez, head of the Secretary of Sustainable Economic Development -SDES-, said that the Pavilion promotes economic development and job creation, as well as celebrates the richness of Guanajuato traditions, identity, pride and history.
Alfaro said that it is a great opportunity to open new marketing channels and continue positioning the quality of what is made in Guanajuato, in addition to the economic contribution that this represents.
For the 2024 edition, the Guanajuato Pavilion will have 5 strategic locations:
- Ground Floor
- Upper Floor
- Valle de la Independencia
- Expo Ganadera Distrito León MX
- Alianza Centro– Bajío– Oeste -COB-
- With a total of more than 14 thousand square meters
Exhibitors will be presenting more than 6,500 products from the craft sectors in its thirteen demonstrations, point-of-sale terminal, commercial showcases, stands of State Government offices, in addition to tasting and sale of Guanajuato wines, and other activities.
All participating producers in the Pavilion will offer discounts of up to 20% on all their products to beneficiaries who have the GTO Contigo Yes Card, which can be processed at the premises. For every 100 pesos purchased, attendees will be able to participate in the Fun Fair to win GTO Brand products.
The Leon State Fair is one of the most important events in all Mexico attracting a significant number of visitors. The SDES promotes marketing strategies and boosts the domestic market with the aim of local companies participating in new spaces for their positioning.
With these actions, the State Government promotes the development of local MSMEs so that their commercial projection transcends into new markets where the quality and design of Guanajuato products translates into the promotion and preservation of jobs.
