49 agriculture production units will receive compensation to reactivate the production that was affected by weather-related emergencies
More than 492,000 pesos are being delivered in support for the productive reactivation of producers affected by hail

The Secretary of Agriculture of the People’s Government continues to support the State’s producers by delivering aid from the Agricultural Insurance Program in Romita, in order to reactivate the productive activities of those affected by weather-related contingencies.
Through this program, support is provided for a total amount of 492,510 pesos, intended for the productive reactivation of 49 agricultural production units that suffered losses in their crops as a result of the hail recorded during the Spring-Summer 2025 cycle, affecting an area of 247 hectares.
The distribution of these resources is a crucial step in enabling farming families to restore their production capacity, maintain economic activity in rural areas, and mitigate the impact of extreme weather events, as it strengthens the resilience of the agro-food sector and provides security for those who depend on agriculture for their livelihoods.
Thanks to this mechanism, the affected production units have resources that allow them to restart their productive activities, recover from losses and continue contributing to the economic and food development of their communities.
The Secretary of Agriculture informed that it will continue to promote programs that provide certainty, security, and opportunities so that producers can continue working, investing, and building a stronger, more competitive, and prosperous agricultural sector for present and future generations.
