Leon is a City for all, that is why the Summer Festival 2022, to be held from July 29 to August 14 in the District Leon MX will present activities for all the family and the entrance will be at no cost.

Mayor of Leon Alejandra Gutierrez Campos, was at the press conference offered to inform about the Summer Festival 2022 and noted the importance of bringing events that reactivate the economy of the City and also events that offer activities for all citizens to enjoy.
The benefits
With the Summer Festival 2022, it was informed, 400 direct jobs will be created; there will be 120 exhibitors and organizers are planning to create for the city spending from participants for some 500 million pesos.

“We are committed to bring activities to this District Leon MX, we are committed to work for our city and do our best possible for this premises to be more than it already is”, said the President of the Committee of the Fair of Leon, David Novoa Toscano.
The Summer Festival 2022 will present:
- Concerts, bazaars, children’s rides, summer camp, go-karts, gotcha, food areas, batting practice with Bravos of Leon and signing of autographs, wrestling and Festival of the Nations with the participation of 16 countries, among other attractions

“We are very happy in the Secretary of Tourism that we are able to go on in this route we have designed for the economic recovery but always with a sense of benefit for the community and our citizens”, said the Secretary of Tourism Juan Jose Alvarez Brunel who also said that the event strengthens the position of Guanajuato as a tourism attraction.
