As Coordinator of the Western Zone, the Secretary of Public Security of the State, Alvar Cabeza de Vaca Appendini, attended the Working Group for the Follow-up of the Issues treated during the Sessions of the First Semester 2022 of the National Conference of Secretaries of Public Security (CNSSSP).
The Work Board that was held in person and virtually at the facilities of the Control, Command, Communication, Computing and Quality Center (C5) of the Secretary of Public Security of the State of Mexico, was attended by the Secretaries of Public Security of the country, as well as specialists in the field.
During the course of the meeting, several topics of interest were discussed, among which is the Action Plan for compliance with the Agreements Related to the General Directorate of the National Information Center Mexico Platform; as well as the Action Plan for compliance with the agreements related to the General Directorate of Service Management, Cybersecurity and Technological Development.
In addition, the issue regarding the Public Vehicle Registry and the Action Plan for Compliance with the agreements related to the National Anti-kidnapping Coordination (CONASE) were analyzed.
At the work board, the National Protocol for Police Action Updating on Feminicidal Violence and Feminicide was discussed and analysed; as well as the Review of the Guidelines for the Functioning, Operation, Conservation and Exploitation of the National Registry of Weapons and Equipment (RENAE).
Also, the National Guidelines to Promote Innovation, Austerity and Technological Sovereignty in Citizen Security 2023-2043 were reviewed.
The board was chaired by Aida Fabiola Valenciana Ramirez, Technical Secretary of the National Conference of Secretaries of Public Security and the Penitentiary System, as well as the participation of the 32 Secretaries of Public Security of the Country, as well as special guests and specialists in the topic.
