Both intitutions announce a diploma course for companies that want to boost their growth plans

As part of the strategy of economic reactivation and business expansion COFOCE and Rocktech, launch the first diploma course of Private Equity.
Improve business models
The goal of this course is to develop strategic abilities and knowledge for reengineering of business models of companies in order to find financing from capital funds wether they are private, collective or public.
It is a virtual course, it is different from other courses because it provides the tools to innovate and improve business in an integral form, this will allow participants to make strategic decisions.
Strategic abilities
Daniela Garcia, the Risk Manager of Rocktech describes this course as “a one of a kind, because its goal is to provide knowledge, tools as well as strategic abilities for reengineering of the models of the companies”.
Daniela Garcia also noted “the importance in a corporative level of how, starting from Private Equity, companies know new forms of financing for business with plans to grow, either through the expansion of the business as it is now, generating new businesses or improving the capital structure”.
An opportunity
COFOCE works in actions that improve companies’ economy and they saw an opportunity with Rocktech to promote these actions.
Other companies saw this effort and they asked to be included to be a part of the program.
