Alejandra Gutiérrez Campos, Mayor of Leon, presented to the Plenary of the XIV Ordinary Session of the State Council of Public Security the protocols to follow before, during and after a demonstration in the city of Leon, where she said, respect for human rights, freedom of expression and the safety of the demonstrators are the most important to protect.
We are working, said Gutierrez, in the operation of police and emergency corps, in addition to municipal agencies that are close to citizens to solve their demands as soon as possible, safeguarding the integrity of citizens, using dialogue as the main tool of understanding among Authorities and civilians.
