With the premise that creativity is the basis of innovation in all fashion processes, APIMEX with its community N-Evolution, IDEA GTO and BJX Moda, held the “Discussion : From Creativity to Eco-Innovation”, where the concept was made visible, as well as its implementation as a creative innovation strategy inspired by the 2023 agenda, marking a path of design and circular economy.
Ana Luisa Loza, Director of Dynamization and Entrepreneurship at IDEA GTO, explained the importance of innovation in the fashion industry and the textile industry, mentioning that with projects such as the “N-Evolution Entrepreneurship Gym”, they find people interested in adding value and that companies have greater value through the generation of knowledge.
“Through these talks with the great talent of Guanajuato, we want more people to question themselves about: what they can do better? and that attendees can meet allies that allow them to do things better”, said Loza.
Moderating the conversation was Paco Granados, Director and Founder of BJX Moda, a platform that promotes the use of supplies from Guanajuato to generate fashion design proposals with a national impact, Granados spoke about the relevance of eco-innovation, since it is a trend that looks for the creation of products and processes that contribute to a sustainable development, applying Mindfacture.
Ani Alcala also participated in the event, she is an entrepreneur who gives a second chance to all garments in a bazaar, where she contributes to sustainable development.
Vanessa Figueroa was also part of this conversation, she, through her brand, gives a second life to her clothes, turning them into a totally different one.
The N-Evolution community constantly looks for the path towards which they will direct fashion in Guanajuato through knowledge of digital tools, artificial intelligence or virtual reality.
With events like this, Guanajuato strengthens the Valley of Mindfacture, opening paths that project it as the epicenter of innovation.
