So far in 2022, the Undersecretary of Labor and Social Welfare has benefited 9,677 people who are part of unions and work centers, with job training programs.
The Training Catalog focuses on topics of “Good Labor Practices” and “Labor Regulations”.
Offered so far:
- 141 trainings
- To 527 institutions
- 5,220 women
- 4,457 men
The current labor public policy in Guanajuato focuses on the development of labor relations and practices, which allows favorable environments for the development of companies and workers.
For the Undersecretary of Labor and Social Welfare, it is a priority to promote this type of action in each workplace and unions, since this generates stability and labor peace in Guanajuato.
The Training Program on “Good Labor Practices” integrates:
- Assertive communication at work
- Emotional intelligence in labor relations
- Leadership, a key skill for the growth of organizations
- Conflict management and collective bargaining
- Effective work teams
- Creativity at work
- Self-knowledge, tool for development
- Resilience
In “Labor Regulations”, the topics included are:
- Prevention and management of occupational risks
- General aspects of individual labor relations
- Collective labor relations
- Integration of the occupational health and safety commission
- General aspects of NOMs
- Also training on topics such as:
- Subcontracting or outsourcing
- The unions in Mexico
- Legitimation of collective labor contracts
- Reform to the Federal Labor Law
- General aspects of individual work relationships in the agricultural field
- Inspection process
- Basic aspects of the union in Mexico
- Essential points of the new Mexican labor regulations
- AUTOLAB compliance mechanism
Also, the Undersecretary of Labor and Social Welfare offers the Online Training Program, which is available 365 days a year and 24 hours a day.
