In order to expand the benefits of applying the ecosystem of the Valley of Mindfacture to government work, staff from the Government Secretary participated in the Workshop “Mindfacture from Governability”.
Antonio Reus Montano, General Director of IDEA GTO, shared with the Undersecretaries, Directors and General Directors of the Government Secretary, the importance of integrating innovation in the programs and services offered to citizens.
Reus Montano highlighted the mental fabrication, it is present in all the processes of the government instances; therefore, it is necessary to take advantage of opportunities with a vision of innovation in the public service.
In the workshop, work tables were developed where government experiences were shared where Mindfacture tools are applied, such as:
- GTO Digital Kiosk Platform
- Labor Conciliation Centers
The challenges that the Government Secretariat undertakes in the task of governance and in improving the programs and services offered to Guanajuato residents were analyzed.
With these Mindfacture Workshops, the Government Secretary reiterates its commitment to build new government models with innovation that are consistent with the progress of development that occurs at a global level.
