This participation is part of a strategy to consolidate Guanajuato as one of the leading destinations in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) segment, under a sustainable, inclusive, and regionalized vision.
FIEXPO Latin America is the meeting point for destinations, suppliers, and more than 300 international buyers from the association, corporate, and government sectors. Its 2025 edition will focus on “Harnessing the Transformative Power of Meetings”.

FIEXPO addresses three key areas:

Mexico occupies the 27th place in the ranking of the International Congresses and Conventions Association with 136 international congresses.

Guanajuato offers six highly specialized MICE destinations:
- Leon, San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato City, Irapuato, Celaya and Silao
- With more than 8 venues
- With capacity for international events
- More than 2,500 rooms available in hotels certified for meeting tourism
Guanajuato presents itself as a multifaceted destination, with:

- Social: Inclusion, community participation, and protection of cultural heritage
FIEXPO Latin America 2025 is a strategic platform for Guanajuato to consolidate its leadership in meeting tourism, strengthen the international presence of its offering, promote new destinations, and project an inclusive, sustainable, and forward-looking tourism model.
