Young engineers specializing in the design of electronic cards from the State Training Institute –IECA- made an alliance with the company XIGEA, which provided the circuit diagrams, to achieve one of the most important aspects of this process, which is the manufacture of said cards.
Isaac Barajas Gomez, a member of the XIGEA company, explained that he approached this group of young people to generate all the pertinent documents in the manufacture of these cards, that have a process where the way in which the components will be arranged is important so that they have the appropriate dimensions and the prototype works properly.
The ideal assembly of the components in each area of the circuit is also relevant to later proceed to the tests and verify if the circuits are working properly.
Barajas Gomez mentioned that circuits are present in our daily life, in cell phones that we use every day, cameras, medical devices, and even heavy machinery and automobiles. But he noted that in Guanajuato and in Mexico these semiconductors are not yet produced, they are only designed, so once they are designed, they are sent to China or the United States for production.
“That is why I am pleased that IECA has the necessary facilities and equipment that, with this group of young specialists, can make a good design and that they guide and train you so that the projects brought by some companies can go up a level and category,” he said.
Currently, at the IECA Silao campus, the final details are being observed to open what will be the Center for Electronic Design and Integrated Circuits -CEDECI-, where electronic technology is designed to be able to supply the Guanajuato industry, in addition to providing training to companies and students in electronics topics.
