With this action, the Institute takes a firm step toward a more technological, digital, and accessible service model that facilitates procedures, personalized advice, and follow-up on services related to pensions, insurance, loans, and collections.
Through these dedicated WhatsApp messaging lines, people can communicate directly with specialists in each area, allowing for faster, more efficient, and timely service. Service hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
