With the motto “We Have Everything to Achieve It”, the Social Security Institute of the State of Guanajuato -ISSEG- began its goals for 2025 with a commercial and institutional flag.
The main objective of this strategy is to define clear strategies to achieve the proposed objectives and build a support network that consolidates ISSEG as the number one Pensions Institute in Mexico.
During the event, the results for the closing of 2024 were presented, where the team was recognized for its effort, dedication and efficiency, managing to exceed the defined profitability goals.
For 2025, the economic outlook and its impact on results were noted, with a focus on the consolidation of the services and products offered by ISSEG, reaffirming its position as a national and international benchmark.
One of the most relevant aspects was the presentation of the vision of the current administration, which includes strategies to strengthen the areas of the Institute and guarantee, in the long term, the solidity of the pension fund of the people of Guanajuato.
In the commercial field, a plan was presented to establish business goals and a competitive model that offers better prices and quality products for the State’s inhabitants. In addition, a digitalization phase was announced to streamline procedures, improve the efficiency of internal processes and define innovative financial strategies.
The commitment to offering an exceptional customer service experience was also highlighted. In line with the philosophy of the Governor of the People, Libia Denisse Garcia, the Institute will seek to be closer to the citizens, providing excellent service and helping the people of Guanajuato with a positive attitude.
The three framework strategies for the ISSEG team were:

- Improve customer experience
“ISSEG seeks to continue positioning itself as a national and international leader and benchmark; as a strong and cutting-edge pensions institute. We will continue working because we have everything to achieve it,” said the General Director of ISSEG, Judith Juarez Guzman.
With this launch, ISSEG reaffirms its commitment to innovate and adapt to the needs of the environment, offering quality social security, affordable prices and benefits for the population of Guanajuato.
