“It has been 30 years of innovating and strengthening its professionalization model to have more trained, more responsible and more effective elements; where the personal and professional growth of its members has been sought,” said the Governor of Guanajuato, Diego Sinhue Rodriguez Vallejo at the Graduation Ceremony of the training courses of the State Public Security Training Institute (INFOSPE.
The Secretary of Public Security of Guanajuato, Alvar Cabeza de Vaca Appendini, noted that INFOSPE has the best men and women dedicated to preventive public security trained in this Institute, and is currently the best public security training academy in Mexico.
Cabeza de Vaca said that Governor, Diego Sinhue Rodriguez Vallejo, has given an extremely important boost to this Training Academy for security forces, since the quality of the security elements, both State and Municipal, that graduate testify to this support that has been provided to the institute. Proof of this is that the State Public Security Forces are considered the best State Police in Mexico.
The SSPEG emphasized that Guanajuato has excellent and effective coordination between the State, Municipality and Federation, since work has been done to build peace and security, which has made it possible to prevent and reduce crime in Guanajuato.
Alvar Cabeza de Vaca Appendini, congratulated the elements and other staff who completed their studies, as he notted that only the best complete their training at this Institute.
Diego Ángel Toledo, cadet in Initial Training stressed that at INFOSPE they have provided him with a comprehensive education, not only in tools for police work, but also in values such as teamwork, responsibility, loyalty and honesty. He ended his message by thanking his family for their unconditional support in his police training.
State, Municipal, Military, Legislative and Judiciary Authorities, as well as Carlos Zamarripe Aguirre, Attorney General of Guanajuato were in the event.
