Providing water services to more families is an objective that the Secretariat of Water and Environment promotes together with the municipalities so that residents permanently have these works in their homes.
An example of this work are the actions that the agency carries out in the municipality of Romita and that contribute to improving the quality of life of those who live in this region of the State.
This involves the drilling and equipping of a deep drinking water well for the towns of Pedregal de Barroso, Pedregal de Rangel, Pedregal de Martínez and Los Angeles, which with an investment of 9.3 million pesos will supply the vital liquid with the greatest efficiency for the families of this area of the municipality.
Additionally, the third stage of the South-East sanitary drainage collector is being built in the municipal capital, which will allow for improved functioning of the sewerage system so that the discharge of wastewater is efficient.
Through this hydraulic project, in which 11.7 million pesos are invested by the three levels of government, the well-being of the population is contributed to and their quality of life is promoted with actions that consolidate efficient services and allow for the care and conservation of the environment.
The Government of the People, through the Secretary of Water and Environment, works transversally on hydraulic matters to consolidate actions that contribute to the development of families and lay the foundations for a better living.
